Refund and Cancellation

  1. Refund
    1. Refund is only applicable for payments under the subscription plan. Payment against any forwarding service rendered from Boxnbiz is not refundable.
    2. Refund is only applicable if no booking has been initiated from Boxnbiz platform or any other agent invited through Boxnbiz app under the subscription plan.
    3. Any refund, if applicable, can be initiated by sending request at info@boxnbiz.com or by any other method provided by Boxnbiz.

     

     

  2. Cancellation
    1. Booking can only be canceled if no process has been initiated for that particular booking given to Boxnbiz.
    2. Booking can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing the booking extension of cancellation line will be chargeable.
    3. Booking can only be canceled by sending the cancellation request at info@boxnbiz.com within stated time or by any other method provided by Boxnbiz.
    4. Boxnbiz is not liable to any cancellation of booking given to any other agent operating on Boxnbiz app.
